On Thurdsay, while I was on the bus in the morning, I saw a KFC billboard ad..and then I had a craving for KFC chicken since then!!! and gay thing was...it was in the morning...I had breakfast already la and why did I crave for it= =...
Then finally today I dragged sisters to eat KFC = =
Guess what..I ordered 4 pieces of fried chicken, fries , macaroni salad and cup of pepsi....
Since I couldnt finish all the chicken...I brought one home and I just finished it around 5:30
So OILY = =
Ew this pic has double meanings...Before I finished it...I "LOVE" it....after I finished it..I know its gonna be bad for my "HEART"
o yah I just went on to the KFC's website to see how much calories I intake today...
2 Fried Chicken Breasts = 370 cal x2 = 740 cal
2 Fried Drumsticks = 110 cal x 2 = 220 cal
1 Fries = 300 cal
1 Macaroni Salad = 180 cal
1 20 fl oz of Pepsi = 250 cal
Total : 1690 calories!!!!! for an effing lunch!!!!
